What You’ll Need:

  • 1/3 cup frozen berries
  • 1/2 cup oat milk
  • 4 ice cubes
  • 1 banana
  • 1 zucchini
  • 2 tbsp sprouted chia/flax
  • Toppings: local strawberries and hemp hearts

            Dairy Free - Gluten Free - Refined Sugar Free

              Preparation:

              1. Add everything save for your toppings to a blender and blend until smooth

              2. Top with desired toppings and enjoy!
