Beetroot and Dates Truffles


    What You’ll Need:

    • roughly ~ 1 cup of dates⁠
    • 1/4 cup almonds flour ⁠
    • 3 tbsp Cashew Milk Powder ⁠
    • 3 tbsp Beet Latte with Probiotics
    • 3 tbsp Yacon Syrup (optional)⁠
    • + 1 pinch of salt (small but necessary!)⁠

              Dairy Free - Refined Sugar Free

              • Prep Time: 5 minutes
              • Chill Time: 1 hour

                Preparation:

                1. Add your dates to a food processor and blend until as smooth as you can manage.
                2. Add the rest of your ingredients and blend again until incorporated. If too dry, add a tbsp of water until you've achieve a sticky but smooth consistency.
                3. Freeze for about 30mins to an hour.
                4. Then get rollin! We finished ours off with a lil beet latte dusting and some hemp hearts 😍
                5. Best to keep these in the freezer in between snacking.⁠⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
